Why Insurance Services LLC


Simply put, because we build Agents.  We've been taking hard-workers under our wing since 1980, showing them how to be successful insurance agents, then providing them with sales support, leads, and administrative help to grow into high performers.  

For more than 40 years, Larry Mikolajcik and his team of Agents have been training successful Insurance Agents.  They didn't start with much, first meeting in a hotel room as their makeshift office.  But one by one, Agent by Agent, the Agency grew into what is now Insurance Services LLC, with hundreds of Agents working across most of the Eastern US.  

The 2024 Agent Training program builds upon their successful legacy.  If you're interested in a career in Insurance, we want to talk to you.

What Agents can Earn


Insurance can be a lucrative business, but it's not for everyone.  And it especially helps to learn from someone who's done it before.  

In 2022, we had 45 Agents earn $100,000+ on a 1099 basis.  Of course, it's not a guarantee of success, but its evidence that we help hard working agents find and sustain success.  

We're going to train you and equip you with tools to become a high-performing Agent.  But it will also take your hard work and commitment to grow a book of business consistently.  The good news?  We'll be there with you every day to provide the support you need to grow.

Frequently Asked Questions

No.  The program is open to candidates with various backgrounds including those outside of the insurance industry.  

You do not need to be licensed to APPLY.  

However, BEFORE your training begins, you should have successfully passed the Insurance Department exam for your Health, or Life and Health (preferred), line(s) of authority.  

Upon successful completion of our training program, we will reimburse recruits for the cost of taking the Insurance Exam once. 

If you have questions about obtaining your Insurance license, please contact us.  We help people navigate the process of obtaining an Insurance license all the time and will be happy to guide you.  

Who runs the Training Program?

We utilize a team-based approach to training.  You'll learn during in-person, online, and in-the-field training opportunities.  Once onboarded, new Agents will be have a Senior Agent that serves as their guide and mentor.
